Sailm Nan Daoine + Q & A From Jack Archer

Sailm nan Daoine is the newest film by Jack Archer, made in collaboration with the films lead character, Rob MacNeacail. Spoken part in English, part in Gaelic (with English subtitles), the film is a fresh take on an old tradition: musician Rob embarks on a road trip across Scotland and Ireland to explore the tradition of Gaelic psalm singing. It’s entertaining and heart-warming film about the power of community, family and the resilience needed to keep a language alive.
